    •    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
    •    Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email 📩 with your order details.
 


 

🚀 Shipping Time

    •    Metro Cities: 3–5 working days 🏙️
    •    Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–8 working days 🏞️
    •    Remote or Difficult Locations: May take up to 10 working days depending on courier availability 📍
 


 

🌍 Shipping Coverage

    •    We ship across all locations in India 🇮🇳
    •    And yes, we also offer international shipping worldwide! 🌐✈️
(International shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by country. These charges must be paid by the customer before the order is dispatched.)
 


 

💸 Shipping Charges

    •    Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599 🆓
    •    For orders below ₹599 or Cash on Delivery (COD), standard shipping charges apply.
Note : International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs for international deliveries will be calculated based on the destination and must be paid by the customer prior to shipping.
 


 

📲 Tracking Your Order

    •    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email 🔗
    •    You can track your order from:
    •    Our official tracking page: Track Your Order
    •    The respective courier partner’s website (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) 🧭
    •    Or via the “My Orders” section on your Insteestore account 🔍
 


 

🚫 Delivery Delays
 

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
    •    Natural calamities 🌧️
    •    Strikes or political disturbances 🚧
    •    Logistics partner delays or high-demand sales periods 📦🔥

We’ll notify you via email or SMS if there’s any unexpected delay.
 


 

📬 Wrong Address / Undelivered Packages

    •    Please double-check your shipping address during checkout 📝
    •    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to rearrange the shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.
