• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order 📆
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact 📦
• Applicable for wrong size, damaged, or incorrect item received situations only

🔁 Exchange Process
 

• You can request a size exchange if the product doesn’t fit you well 👕
• We will arrange reverse pickup from your location (if serviceable)
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your replacement within 2–4 working days 🚚

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we may request you to self-ship the item.

💰 Refund Policy
 

• Refunds are only processed in case the product is damaged or incorrect and replacement is not available
• Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection 🏦
• For COD orders, refunds will be done via UPI or bank transfer 🏧
