While our journey in the apparel space began years before, it was in 2024 that we truly found our purpose and shaped our mission: to build a brand that connects deeply with individuals, institutions, and communities.
 

The spark that ignited insteestore came from IIT Bombay — one of India’s most prestigious and competitive institutions. It all started with a simple idea: to design apparel that students could wear with pride, reflecting their hard-earned achievements. Gaining admission to IIT is a dream that demands relentless dedication and hard work. We wanted every student walking through those iconic campus gates to wear something that symbolizes their success — a reminder of their journey and a source of daily inspiration.

Equally important to us was creating something meaningful for alumni. insteestore’s merchandise allows them to hold onto their golden memories and stay connected with the legacy of their institutions, no matter where life takes them.

Before insteestore, there was a significant gap — students had no dedicated platform for high-quality, well-designed merchandise representing their institutes. The few offline options available lacked originality, quality, and emotional value. That’s where we came in — starting small with just two T-shirt designs for IIT Bombay, crafted with care, premium materials, and designs that meant something.
 

From those humble beginnings, powered by passion and your incredible support, we’ve grown into a full-fledged brand offering over 500+ unique designs. Today, insteestore proudly serves all 23 IITs, top IIMs, NITs, and many other leading Indian institutions. But we didn’t stop there — our catalog now includes official-inspired merchandise for the world’s top 10 universities, as well as a wide range of fandom collections covering superheroes, movies, cartoons, and more.
 

Our product range has expanded too — from T-shirts to sweatshirts, hoodies, oversized fits, track suits, zipper hoodies, and beyond. Every piece is thoughtfully designed, meticulously crafted, and made with premium-quality fabric, ensuring you not only look great but also feel proud every time you wear it.
